We appreciate your support by staying in the official ACVS hotels. Not only will you be close to Summit activities and other attendees, you will also help ACVS meet its contracted financial commitments, helping to keep overall event costs as low as possible for the College and attendees.
The deadline to reserve your room at the ACVS rate is Monday, September 29. Be sure to book early, as rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.

Getting to Seattle
Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA)
Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, recipient of the top U.S. airport award in 2024 by Skytrax, is a short 20-minute drive from the Seattle Convention Center.
