TPLO combined with closing wedge osteotomy is a versatile technique to treat eTPA and has been shown to have the least geometric alteration of the bone. The TPLO can be combined with cranial, medial or lateral closing wedges as well as biplanar wedges. Tibial torsion can be corrected at the linear osteotomy.
