Steven Frederick, LVT, VTS (Surgery) leads the associate-driven studies department of BluePearl Science, working with house officers, technicians, and senior clinician scientists to develop, carry-out, and publish the results of clinical studies. Prior to joining BluePearl Science, he was a clinical surgical technician on the orthopedics service at a multi-specialty practice in Atlanta, Georgia. Steven was accepted into the Academy of Veterinary Surgical Technicians (AVST) in 2014, and he is currently serving a second term as president of the Academy (2016-2018, 2023-2025).
