Dr. Davidson is an Associate Professor of Sports Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, New Bolton Center. Dr. Davidson received her DVM from Michigan State University and completed an equine internship at Pilchuck Veterinary Hospital in Snohomish, Washington. Following a large animal surgical residency at Penn Vet’s New Bolton Center, she obtained Diplomate status in the American College of Veterinary Surgeons. She is also a Diplomate in the American College of Veterinary Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation. Her expertise is with sport horse lameness and performance horses with upper airway abnormalities. She has particular interest in horses with neck and back pain and evaluating the “hard to diagnose” horse.
