Agustin Noriega Lopez, MVZ, is currently a Large Animal Rotating Intern at Colorado State University. He earned his veterinary degree from the Autonomous University of San Luis Potosí (Mexico) in 2019. He later completed a Master’s in Health Sciences with a focus on clinical research in ischemia-reperfusion injury following lung transplantation.
Following his master’s, he moved to the United Arab Emirates, where he completed an ambulatory internship at Dubai Equine Hospital. He then continued his clinical training in Lexington, Kentucky, joining Rood & Riddle Equine Hospital for a one-year internship, followed by a year-long surgical internship at Hogan Equine in New Jersey.
Agustin Noriega’s professional interests include emergencies and orthopedic surgery.
