This seminar offers an in-depth exploration of regenerative medicine therapies used in veterinary surgery and sports medicine, focusing on their mechanisms of action, safety profiles, efficacy, and the scientific evidence supporting their use. Speakers are experts in the field of equine, canine, and human regenerative medicine therapies, providing cutting-edge insights on how to use these products in your daily practice. Each speaker focuses on their species of interest during their individual lectures, while the panel discusses translational applications of these therapies across species at the end of the seminar.

Learning Objectives:

  • Upon completion, participant will be able to list the most commonly used regenerative medicine therapies, including their mechanisms of action, safety, efficacy, and scientific evidence supporting their use.
  • Upon completion, participant will be able to compare and contrast the application of regenerative therapies across species, focusing on shared mechanisms, safety profiles and clinical outcomes.
  • Upon completion, participant will be able to develop practical strategies for incorporating regenerative medicine therapies into equine and canine surgical and sports medicine practices.
