The diagnosis and management of disease of the equine cervical and thoracolumbar spine has dramatically evolved in recent years. During this seminar, speakers discuss recent advances in imaging the cervical and thoracolumbar spine and how imaging findings relate to surgical case selection. The innovative intervertebral foraminotomy procedure and advances in cervical stabilization techniques are discussed through presentations and case discussion. This seminar also presents surgical options and outcomes for management of thoracolumbar pain.
