Dr. Maria Granello is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Large Animal Emergency and Critical Care department at Texas A&M University. She completed her undergraduate degree at Sewanee: The University of the South in 2016 and her veterinary degree at Texas A&M University in 2020. She then completed an internship at Littleton Equine followed by Kansas State University. Most recently, she completed a Large Animal Surgery residency at the University of Minnesota in July 2025. Her interests include the triage of equine emergencies and colic management.
