Dr. Crawford graduated from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. She then completed a small animal rotating internship at Tufts University, followed by a zoological medicine and surgery internship at Colorado State University and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo where she discovered an additional passion for anesthesia. After an additional internship in small animal anesthesia at the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Crawford returned to Tufts University to complete her residency in Anesthesia and Pain Management. Dr. Crawford became a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Anesthesia and Analgesia in 2023 and has been working as the Anesthesiologist and Director of Specialty Services at Westford Veterinary Emergency and Referral Center. She also started her own consulting business in 2024 to provide continuing education to technicians and veterinarians, and case management assistance to veterinary practices in Massachusetts. Her professional interests include ultrasound guided loco-regional pain management techniques, critical care anesthesia and chronic pain management.
